12th annual CHAPTER REUNION

AND FIRST “FALL FROLIC”

The 2010 Fall Frolic is being hosted this year by Amelia Sweeney.  Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, is the site chosen for the reunion on October 8th and 9th.  This year’s Frolic will be at the JAMES MANOR, 2735 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863.  http://www.jamesmanor.com

 

 Attendees should make their own reservations at the JAMES MANOR by contacting the hotel directly at 865 453-4007.   The cutoff date for booking the rooms is 24 September 2010.  In order to obtain our group rate of $89.99 per night, be sure to mention the group code “NCVA”.  These Prices are for Friday and Saturday nights October 8th and 9th.  It is a Smoke Free and Pet Free Motel.

 

On Saturday, 10am, we will visit the TITANIC DISPLAY, 2134 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN.  Tickets are $20; pay at the door. http://www.titanicpigeonforge.com   Wheel Chair accessible.  Other Tours and Sights to see in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area includes Dollywood and you might want to take in one of the shows at the Comedy Barn Theatre across the street from the motel.  http://www.comedybarn.com.  It is hilarious.

 

Our Saturday evening banquet will be at TONY ROMAS, 2050 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN.  You may choose from these four entrees:  South Miami Fried Shrimp; St Louis Ribs ½ Rack and ¼ BBQ Chicken; Tony Sirloin 9 oz; Grilled Mahi.  Served with mashed potatoes or French fries and salad, Chef’s Dessert; Tea or Coffee.

 

REGISTRATION FEE:  The registration fee for this year's Frolic is $25 per person and includes Saturday banquet dinner and Hospitality Room.   As always you can bring your own beer, wine, or bottle. Small coolers are OK.  Alcohol beverages must remain in the hospitality suite.
